When Demandbase decided it was time to put together their first-ever users conference, they knew Vision would be the right company to work with. Having heard through word of mouth about Vision’s high level of customer service, Demandbase sought out their services to put together a unique conference experience.

 

Steady communication was the key to putting the client at ease as they found themselves in unfamiliar territory. Demandbase was new to the conference production world and looked to Vision’s extensive experience and expertise to guide them through the process. Vision was available 24/7 to answer any question and to offer advice every step of the way. From searching the entire city of San Francisco for the perfect venue to details like food and beverage, Vision was there to ensure the client’s concepts and ideas came to life.

 

Demandbase was blown away come conference time when they got the unique experience they asked for. Attendees filled that stands at AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, for a General Session that played out on top of the dugout. Demandbase CEO, Chris Golec, started things off by “throwing out the first pitch”. Keynote speaker, Billy Beane, subject of the movie Moneyball, shared his philosophy on modern business. Breakout sessions were held in the open spaces in the stadium’s club level, away from the confines of traditional training rooms. After a full day of insightful content in an exciting atmosphere, attendees went to bat, taking turns in the Giants’ batting cages. Evening receptions filled the nights with gourmet food, cocktails and ballpark tours.

 

Vision’s full conference management coupled with the client’s desire for something non-traditional resulted in a new and well-received experience for the attendees. The conference exceeded its goal for the number attendees and Vision looks forward to working with Demandbase on their 2015 Marketing Innovation Summit.
